This artwork was created as my final piece for my graduation from the bachelor’s program in Production Design at the Film Academy in Amsterdam. It symbolizes a critique of consumerism and its destructive effects on the planet. The woman in the image, dressed in a plastic gown, holds the last living flower, encased in a bubble, within a dying world. This visual representation reflects the impact of overconsumption and its contribution to the earth’s degradation.
